Excellent customer service
I recently placed an order for a personalised gift that had a 48 hour despatch time. This meant that the gift would not be received on time for a special wedding anniversary. I explained the situation to the GiftStore and asked them if they could fast-track my order. They did this and the gift was received within 2 days of the order being placed. Thank you GiftStore!

Great experience, gift a bit small
I recently ordered a little 50 wedding anniversary gift for family members in Portugal. I needed a company who would engrave their names, which contain accents and the Gift Store did (not all do). They were helpful and friendly... I found the price maybe a bit high for such a tiny gift, which on the photo, hanging on the wall looked quite a bit bigger but well, they had given the measurements.... That was the only minus and we even received a little bag of gums with a cheerful message, such a nice gesture.........
