I was disappointed I couldn't use the 15% discount voucher, I had received with a previous order, as it said I had already used it. Which I had, as I have ordered items 4 times this year, and they keep sending the same code to use with my next order, why when I can use it only once.

Excellent service. After being let down by another supplier last minute, I needed some personalised birthday gifts within 2 days. I ordered on the Monday, paid for courier delivery and the items were received the next day! Even after one item was sent incorrectly (fortunately this wasn't required as urgently), after emailing Customer Services, this was rectified and the correct item dispatched the following day. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
