Outstanding Customer Service! My parcel went missing with Royal Mail, after investigating they were unable to locate the parcel and told me that gift store would need to contact Royal Mail and make a claim, when I informed gift store of this I was extremely surprised to receive an email from them telling me they had placed a new order and it would be sent by DPD the next day! True to word I received my parcel all within a couple of days! Fantastic customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend or buy from again, the wooden personalised bottle box I bought was beautiful! Thank you once again, a very happy customer 😁

Planning ahead for my son's 21st and the "level 21 completed" pint glass took my eye. A quirky and fun twist on the traditional and dowdy tankerd, a glass that would be used. I didn't want it personalised, he's not the sort to want "Lots of love from Mum" plastered on it. So contacted the store and it was with me two days later. Excellent service.
