Well it was easy to order the glass and box container. I did get a phone call explaining that they had run out of my first option regarding shape of box. Offered me another one which I agreed would be fine. The parcel arrived in plenty of time before Christmas even with the poor service provided by Royal Mail! Lovely glass and my wife's name was very clearly engraved onto the glass. Would certainly use this company again for its efficiency and thoughtfulness.
