While using this service i had forgotten to add a detail

While using this service i had forgotten to add something to an order just placed. I sent an email asking for the forgotten detail to be added . My email was answered within the hour confirming the addition and a new invoice sent out. Service was outstanding and easy to contact the company . I would highly recommend this company, product received the next day exactly as i had asked for including the additional detail. I cant thank them enough.

Very good service. Fast delivery, had the item within 24 hours. Also excellent customer service, as I found there was a small little chip in the top of the glass item which they handled very well by sending out a replacement, also within 24 hours. I'm very happy with my purchase, my parent's loved their gift. I would definately recommend giftstore and use them again.
