5 out of 5 excellent product I purchased a tankard which was engraved there was a problem with what words I wanted engraved so the Trophy Store phoned me to rectify this problem , Customer service was excellent and very informative on delivery times and date with numerous messages , very thorough. overall I am pleased with the product and services provided to me and would not hesitate to recommend the Trophy Store.
