I purchased a tankard which was engraved there was a problem with what words I wanted engraved so the Trophy Store phoned me to rectify this problem , Customer service was excellent and very informative on delivery times and date with numerous messages , very thorough. overall I am pleased with the product and services provided to me and would not hesitate to recommend the Trophy Store. Good Product / Outstanding Service

This tankard is very reasonably priced and makes a great gift. The engraving was beautifully done and using the fast-track service the turn around time from order to delivery was exceptional. Trophystore's outstanding customer service and support are rightly legendary.

Quality Product, Excellent Service

First time user of this company but really impressed by customer service provided by Andrea. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on initial enquiry, screenshot of inscription arrived almost immediately after order submitted and, at my request, delayed delivery instructions followed to the letter.
