A switched on Company

Very good ordered a customized wedding gift but I put in the wrong year, the engraving team questioned this and asked customer services to ring me and double check. Thank goodness they did otherwise it would have bit a bit embarrassing and costly to fix So happy the workers there are switched on The product itself is very good and I look forward to gifting it

Ordered a wooden wine box for my wife's birthday and as it needed to be engraved I was worried I might have left it too late. I was amazed when it arrived with plenty of time to spare. The quality of the item was much better than I expected and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use giftstore again.

Old school

I am so impressed with GiftStore. As I said in my title, I am from old school league. I hardly ever order on line. Usuall I get my daughter to help me or at least check that I've done the order ok. I ordered an engraved glass for my brother in laws birthday. Made sure the name was correct and the numbers. Typed in my card details and sat back thinking and wondering if it would reach me. But to my delight two days later the glass arrived. It was well packed, clean and the lettering was perfect. Also I should say that I received two emails to inform me of when it was dispatched and the estimated delivery. Also in the package there was a free wall calendar and a little packet of sweets. I don't need the glass until July, but thanks to the speedy delivery I'm ahead of schedule for a change! I would definitely recommend GiftStore to friends and family and will be using them again. Thank you.

Excellent service. Even though I've not received my order yet I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service so far and I'm sure I will not be disappointed with my order. I placed my order yesterday (Wednesday) had a phone call today by a very polite and happy (sounding) gent who said the filling I ordered was out of stock and gave me options of others. I sent an email a while before asking when the order will be delivered as I need it for Saturday and by the time I got off the phone from the gent, I had a reply saying it would be with me tomorrow (Friday). It has left me very confident to order again in future. I cant wait to get my order. Thank you
