Customised heart shaped slate
Randomly came across this website on my laptop. I ordered a customised heart shaped slate for my neighbour’s 50th wedding anniversary. Even though I ordered it a bit late, it arrived just on that day of their wedding anniversary and I was so pleased with it. Excellent website for purchases and reasonable price as well!

Absolutely amazing I've never come across such excellent costumer service I made an order but did it totally wrong It was a personalised item so once done it was done.
The day after my order i received an email from a lady asking me to confirm my order was right, I explained it wasnt I didnt even have to ask for a refund the lady straight away said she would put everything how it should be and refund me .
I'm totally amazed it would have been so easy to send the order as I made the mistake.
So obviously I totally recommend this company they obviously care for there customers.

Very efficient service
Order processed and item despatched very quickly. Easy to process - good customer service. Lovely surprise to find some sweets in the packing box - nice touch! Only minor issue was the delivery time, which is out of control of the GiftStore. Royal Mail tracking leaves a lot to be desired, quite inaccurate, & package just left on exterior doormat open to the elements!
