Gift idea solved in quick time
I had asked a family friend for a Christmas gift idea. It was suggested that a personalized Mug from Giftstore.co.uk might something special.
I had not heard about the company previously. I went to the website found it easy to use and to order my gift. I worried due to the nature of the present, that it would need to be engraved before despatch and with only a few days left before Christmas that I had left it too late. I needn't have worried, the Mug arrived within two days and well packaged. Excellent service.

I can't praise this company enough
I can't praise this company enough. I ordered two engraved wine glasses as gifts for teacher colleagues, very close to end of term. Because some of the spelling was unusual, they emailed to check. However by the time I received the email, the timing was getting too tight to receive the gifts in time. I wrote back to say I would have to cancel but they immediately offered to post by next day delivery free of charge. The glasses arrived on time as promised and my friends were delighted. Absolutely brilliant customer service- can't recommend highly enough!!

I ordered a personalized glass for my daughter to give to her teacher but the one they sent was the wrong one, I emailed them and they were nothing but AMAZING! With only two days left of term b4 Xmas I was worried we wouldnt get the one we wanted In time but They had the correct one shipped out on next day delivery! My daughter was so made up!
