Excellent after care

I ordered two personalised wine glasses for a wedding anniversary. The items arrived on time and all intact. Unfortunately one of the glasses broke when carefully washing it up even before using it.
I went back to the customer team and explained the situation. The issue was resolved within days. I received about 5/6 emails which really gave me the feeling my complaint was heard and I received a new item with no problem. Excellent customer care service. Definitely recommend!
