Lovely 18th birthday glass.
I purchased a brilliant glass for my son's 18th birthday, I love it! It's really good quality, very reasonably priced and quick delivery. The little extras of the pack of Haribo and the trolley coin was such an unexpected, but lovely touch. The only negative I have is that the gift box was not the best quality. I would however totally recommend and will be shopping from here again.

The double bottle personalised wine box we ordered is beutiful and was easy to order. unlike an alternative advertised company that requested we set up an account just to order a box.
I will certainly use GiftStore again and recomend them to friends.

Great customer service
As usual I made a last minute purchase for this year's father's day - a lovely wooden photo cube. Excellent communication from giftstore ensuring delivery within a few days and true to work arrived a few days after order. Was sadden to find a scratch and a dent on the wood (which must have been there before sending as was packed beautifully) and thought it impossible to rectify before fathers day. I emailed giftstore more to inform them what had happened and to my complete amazement a replacement product was delivered almost 24 hours later. A perfect beautiful wooden photo cube for my husbands first fathers day. They haven't asked for return of the original damaged product. I am absolutely shocked that a company I'd never used or heard of before has gone to such lengths to ensure fantastic customer service. Will definately be using again. Thank you so much ❤️

‘Dads Brew’ wooden coaster
Bought a personalised ‘Dad’s Brew’ wooden coaster and what a lovely gift it was. My dad loved it. The delivery time was exceptionally quick and also received a nice little extra gift of some sweets and a supermarket trolley coin. Those little touches really do make a difference. I bought a personalised beer glass as a present and I am really pleased with it. Text looks good, it arrived rather quickly and it had a little surprise gift inside. All round rubbish. (Update)
Straight after posting this review a very nice gentlemen from the gift store called me to offer a full refund. My husband asked who I was talking to and I explain. He then remember receiving the glass and putting it away, he totally forgot about it. I apologise to the gift store. There delivery, it seems, was very prompt.
I apologise for the previous bad review.
I have ordered a glass for my daughters 18th birthday tomorrow. The item hasnt been despatched yet as far as I know and I have been sent an email to rate them! I have emailed them to ask where the order is and received an automated reply to tell me it was processing. I have tried calling and no one answers the phone. Completely disappointed and let down by the shoddy service offered by this company

Perfect and fast bank holiday delivery!
Ordered a white gift box for a wedding gift and was extremely surprised at the quality of it. It came flat packed in very substantial packaging and all that was needed is pull 4 sticky tabs off it and lift the side and it was a great box. I will be ordering all my gift supplies from here from now in. Thank you!!
