So nice to find a company who offer really different gifts - and personalising them is the icing on the cake.
I needed a bit of help and I was guided and supported by a very friendly, professional member of staff (thank you Emma).
There were a couple of hiccups too but Emma soon had that in hand so the whole process was a pleasure which has been reflected on the recipients face when she received her gift.

Love the gift I purchased and the speed of delivery. Wish I had paid to have the velvet lining put in but I didn’t know the quality of your goods and thought I might be wasting money.
