Absolutely brilliant...I wasnt sure how to order online ...me being a bit of a techno twit ...so rang them. The lady I spoke with couldn't do enough I explained about the gift I wanted and she sorted out the order ...the engraving and even the message...she found me the cheapest way of doing it as I needed the gift asap. It arrived THE NEXT DAY ..good quality...wrapped really well to prevent damage. Thank you so much. A retirement gift made with care ...consideration and to a high standard. Highly recommend.

Good quality item. Arrived promptly. Only criticism is that it was over-packaged! Huge box, loads of paper and some bubble wrap. Box could have been over half the size. Luckily I re-use and recycle but packing ought to be reduced because not everyone does.
