I was delighted when I opened my parcel at first glance it was fabulous. Then l noticed the wrong spelling in my partners name. I was sooo disappointed. I emailed them of my findings and they have been brilliant and very professional. Im getting a full refund which I am very happy with and will definitely be ordering more gifts. The delivery of the parcel was very prompt also.
