Exactly as described and looks

Ordered two of these, very fast delivery and exactly as I expected and as described on the site. I even asked for the word "of" not to be printed on the lid so it just read "in loving memory" with no other words.
Quick reply to my emails, despatched same day and delivered within days.

Very Appropriate Gift

I ordered this for a friend whose mum had passed away, I had it personalised for her and had it sent direct to her. Therefore i didn't actually see the finished product, however i have heard from my friend and she is very pleased with it. She has put in some of her favorite photos of her mum and already has some precious trinkets of her mum's in it. I think this is a much better option than sending flowers. So very happy with the product and service and the delivery direct to my friend was very speedy too. Thank you
