Beautiful, but slightly burnt writing

The wood quality was amazing and the packaging was beautiful. Only problem we had was that some of the name ('GRA' in grandad) was burnt. So where the writing was embedded some of it was black. We ordered a Grandma coaster at the same time and that was perfect. Was just ashamed about the grandad one. Gemma
