Beautifully done but too small!

I ordered this item recently as a present for cousins who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in Portugal. Their names have accents so it was difficult to find a company that had that possibility. We chose this option, as it would be great for them to have a memento hanging on the wall. It arrived promptly, which was great because we didn't have a lot of time to then send it to Portugal but... we didn't see that it was just 10cm length. Actually... when you see it on the photo you think that it is at least 50% bigger, if not double the size and that was a pity.................. I think that for the price it could have been a bit bigger but fair enough, the size was on the description, just we didn't see it but one would expect that for something one is going to give as a present and will be hanging on the wall it would be bigger. Good service but we lost a couple of precious days because we were not told right away how to get the accents into the text and then there was the weekend.................. and very sweet to get 10% off our next order and also a few sweets! Nice gesture... Thanks!
