The lady I spoke with couldn't do enough I explained about the gift I wanted and she sorted out the order ...the engraving and even the message...she found me the cheapest way of doing it as I needed the gift asap. It arrived THE NEXT DAY ..good quality...wrapped really well to prevent damage. Thank you so much. A retirement gift made with care ...consideration and to a high standard. Highly recommend.
