I bought a personalised pint glass for my nephews 18th birthday.

Product very good - Delivery very bad!
5 stars for the product - it was exactly as expected. However delivery was disappointing. This was a last minute gift so I selected courier delivery and paid £6.99 for the service. I received an email from DPD to advice delivery the following day but a time was not given. Delivery was attempted but while my elderly mother in law was in she could not get to the door in time. I then received an email from DPD to say that I had to collect the item myself from a local pick up point - Not great service!
