Couldn't be happier. I wanted an engraved gift for my grandson's 18th. He's well into gaming(aren't they all), so this beer mug is perfect. I was well impressed by how quickly it was delivered. I ordered it on the Tuesday evening at it was delivered on the Thursday. Nicely packaged for protection,so all in all, it was a good experience.
