Returns Policy

You have a right to cancel any order within seven working days of the day after receipt. Except where indicated otherwise. You must return the goods within a reasonable period of cancellation.

Exceptions:

• Goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly (eg. flowers or fresh foods). These goods must be cancelled before we dispatch them. The goods that this applies to include hampers, flowers, fruit baskets, helium balloons, and cakes.
  
  
• Goods made to the consumer's personal specifications are not included in this right of cancellation. The goods that this applies to include personalised certificates, greeting cards and Newspapers and any other good prepared to your personal specification.
  
  
• Any software, video or audio item which is opened by you the consumer is not included in this right of cancellation.
  
  
• To avoid any breech of statutory duty, the customer must taken reasonable care of the item. GiftStore UK will reimburse the customer in full less the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Is shopping at GiftStore UK safe?

Internet security is taken very seriously at GiftStore UK. All credit cards are validated, authorised and settled by NetBanx. GiftStore UK's web site is located on a secure Internet server with controlled access, preventing unauthorised access to information on the site. As an extra precaution, all customer orders are automatically encoded, and no one else - receives the credit card details.

How do I use GiftStore UK?

Shopping at GiftStore UK couldn't be easier.
1. Browse the gift sections or use the search facility to locate a specific gift.
2. Select a gift by clicking the relevant button to add an item to or remove it from the online Shopping Basket.
3. Add the message to accompany your gift and enter the desired delivery date.
4. Either select more gifts or proceed to the checkout.
5. Add your name and address and the name and delivery address of the intended recipient.
6. Once the order form has been completed, you can either pay by telephone or fax stating your order reference, or with a click of a button be redirected to our secure and encrypted online credit card system.

Your order is complete and your gifts will be delivered as requested.
